The Town of Clarkdale, Arizona, solicits interest from qualified persons or vendors to provide Water Meter Replacements with an Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System. The purchase of meters and AMI items will be budgeted over a two-year period. The Town of Clarkdale will be conducting a meter replacement program which upgrades meters to enable full capabilities under the Town's current AMI system. All meters will be replaced or retrofitted in-kind with equipment compatible with equivalent sized bronze no-lead Badger Record all Meters and Advanced Meter Infrastructure High Resolution Encoder (HR-E) register along with an Endpoint that has the capability to communicate through the common cell phone system and communicate and integrate with the existing Beacon Software as a Service (SaaS) and Tyler ERP PRO 9 billing software. The Town of Clarkdale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town and to reject the submittals of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the Town. Supplies Sought: Clarkdale seeks to purchase new Water Meters, Material and Equipment. Right to Reject Proposals: Clarkdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in a proposal or to withhold the Award for any reason Clarkdale determines.
