Fayetteville Public Works Commission ("PWC"), is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of Pole Mount, Single Phase and 3 Phase Pad Mount Distribution Transformers for delivery in calendar year 2024 All questions regarding the Invitation to Bid must be submitted to Shelby Lesane, Procurement Advisor, by e-mail to shelby.lesane@faypwc.com, no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2022. The term of the Contract shall extend from the date of execution and delivery of the Contract by all parties through the date of delivery of transformers through December 31, 2023; provided, however, that by written notice by a party not less than 30 days prior to the then existing term, and the receiving party's written acknowledge and agreement to such notice of extension, the Contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods. Delivery of Goods shall take place during the then existing term of the Contract.
