As of February 10th, 2023, project was awarded to Accurate Control. However there was no awarded amount disclosed. Only Prime Bidders that have previously been prequalified for this project by Lane County may submit Bids. In addition, prime Bidders may receive sub-bids in the following areas of work only from prequalified subcontractors: Electrical To be considered for prequalification, prime bidders and subcontractors must complete a prequalification application that includes commitments regarding rates of pay, apprenticeship participation, and full-family health insurance for workers employed on the project. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, but must be received not less than 14 days prior to due date of bids of a specific project. A bid tally sheet will be posted to Lane County Site as quickly as possible following the time and date when bids are due. This tally sheet will be sent to all bidders who attended and signed in at the mandatory site visit within one (1) hour following the time and date when bids are due. The Bid Documents will be sent electronically by email to each invitee. All contractors bidding this project shall be restricted from distributing copies of these documents without approval. Written approval must be gained from the Engineer to distribute these documents to other companies or individuals that are not full-time employees of the company submitting the Bid. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with ORS 706.008 and the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws. All Bidders are required to obtain all necessary licenses and permits required to perform this work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
