The removal of the existing shingle roof system and installing a new 30 year dimensional shingle roof system. The work will be a single prime contract between the Owner and the successful Contractor. The coordination of the work, scheduling of work, sub-contractors and over all field administration, shall be the responsibility of the prime contractor of that project or project.
