To supply labor, equipment, supplies and materials to replace existing Gas Dryers with new Gas Dryers at Dixon Correctional Institute.Remove and dispose of existing equipment,Receive equipment at property,Unload, uncrate, and assemble.Set in place ,Install bolt-level grout ,Make final utility connections within 3 feet of existing utilities. Reconnect sheet metal ductwork to existing connections. Start up and training Work to be performed in a workmanlike manner according to standard.Vendor representatives are subject to passing a background check.Vendors are subject to vehicle searches.Vendor representatives must follow all policy and procedures while performing work on facility grounds. Vendor is subject to a conference/training with facility staff after the contract is executed and before performing any work. All waste/debris is removed from the site daily and disposed of properly with the exception of any equipment that is accounted for through property control measures. All waste/debris must be assessed by the appropriate site staff before it is removed from the site.Vendor must hold and submit valid Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance coverage certificates to be considered for award of the contract. The amounts of the acceptable insurance coverages are determined by the State of Louisiana. Vendor must hold and submit valid Louisiana Contractors License to be considered for award of the contract.
