Renovation of a restaurant in Incline Village, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a 4,650-square-foot restaurant.

The Design-Build Firm shall be qualified to bid on public work in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Section 338.1379 prior to submitting a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). IVGID RFQ Contact: Ronnie Rector at rlr@ivgid.org or 775.832.1267 All questions with regard to this RFQ shall be directed through the Owner's Planet Bids website; questions regarding the use to the IVGID RFQ Contact listed above. This RFQ is the first of a two-step process to select a qualified Design-Build Firm for the Diamond Peak Base Lodge Kitchen Remodel (Project). First, all interested Design-Build Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Once the SOQs have been evaluated, IVGID will short-list between two (2) and four (4) Design-Build Firms to receive a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Project. Second, IVGID will evaluate the Proposals submitted in response to the RFP to identify the successful Design-Build Firm to whom the Design-Build Contract for the Project will be awarded, based on a determination of which Proposal provides the best value to IVGID for the Project. A more detailed description of the selection process is set forth in Article 7 below. Gross Building Area: 4,650 +- SF The Project proposes the final design and construction services for a 4,650 +- SF remodel of the existing Base Lodge Kitchen facility at the Diamond Peak Ski Resort. The schematic design and preliminary kitchen equipment schedule, plumbing schedule and electrical schedule have been developed and are included with this RFQ.
