Renovation of a mixed-use development in Haines, Alaska. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Haines Borough is seeking proposals for Design Build of an access control system for the Haines School. The Borough has budgeted $150,000- $200,000 for this project. All questions regarding this project must be presented through the Bid Express. No questions by email, in person, or telephone will be answered. This will include the following items: Door 1 - Gym - CAMERA ACCESS Door 2 - Art Room - CARD ACCESS Door 3 - Front Door - CAMERA ACCESS Door 4 - Cafe' - CAMERA ACCESS Door 5 - Elementary - CAMERA ACCESS Door 6 - KG/1st - CARD ACCESS Door 7 - Middle School - CAMERA ACCESS Door 8 - Admin/Parking - CAMERA ACCESS Door 9 - Vocational Education- CARD ACCESS All camera doors should also have card access System should notify when doors are left open Require the ability to lock down the school The contractor will provide the Haines Borough with As-built drawings, and O & M Manual when project is complete
