PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK. The major scope items for the upgrade are listed below. Review design documents for entirety of scope. Install new re-routed influent line (15" PVC) and two concrete manholes. Install new RV/commercial pump truck dump station Route new 3/4" non-potable cold water line from treatment building to dump station for wash down. Route new 3/4" potable cold water line from control building to dump station for RV fill-up operations. Connect new 4" waste pipe and 8" waste pipe to new manhole. Install a new exterior wetwell and adjacent vault. Install two contractor provided and one owner provided pumps to wetwell. Install new valves and plumbing. Fill in existing wetwell under Control Room. Route electrical to new lift station and vault. Route 6" drain pipe from generator/shop building to new wetwell. Route new 10" pumped influent pipe from new vault to tie-in points. Install influent screen bypass piping. DEADLINE FOR BIDDER QUESTIONS. 06/05/2025 at 12 p.m. Alaska Time. SITE OF WORK. The site of the WORK is at the Haines Wastewater Treatment Plant in Haines, Alaska. COMPLETION OF WORK. The WORK must be completed by December 31st, 2025. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED.
