NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the EL MONTE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") invites and will receive sealed bids for the award of a contract for RFP No. 2022-23(P1), E-Rate Funding Year 2023-2024 (E-Rate Yr. 26), RFP ID: EMUHSD E-Rate 2022-23(P1): Category 2 Services (Network Equipment) up to but not later than, December 9, 2022, at 10:00a.m. (PDT) ("RFP Submission Deadline") The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the proposal process. Proposals and awards related to this RFP are subject to the District receiving approval through the E-rate process. In the event the projects are not funded, the District reserves the right to modify the scope of the projects or cancel the projects. There will NOT be a pre-bid conference. There will NOT be a bid opening. Requests for Information ("RFI"): Questions and clarifications must be received by November 4, 2022, at 12:00p.m. (PDT), and via email only to erate@emuhsd.org The El Monte Union High School District ("District") is calling for proposals for E-Rate Year 26, Category 2 - Network Equipment. The District intends to enter into a thirty-six (36) month service agreement with the Respondent whose proposal is the best and most responsive/ responsible proposal meeting the needs of the District as determined by the District. The District is made up of five (5) comprehensive high schools, one (1) continuation school, one (1) Community Day School, an Adult Transition Center, an Adult Education facility, the District Office and the District Bus Yard (Facilities Department, Nutrition Services and the Purchasing Department). This Agreement shall have an initial term of three (3) years commencing from July 1, 2023, and concluding June 30, 2026. Nothing in this Section shall operate to prohibit or otherwise restrict the DISTRICT's ability to terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience or for cause.
