Morris Street, Oxford, Maryland. NCCOS anticipates awarding a four (5) year contract which shall consist of one base year and four (4) one-year option years. The anticipated base period of performance will be from January 9, 2023 - January 8, 2024. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4275 Rev 20, Date of Last Rev. 06/27/2022. Site Visit: Offerors are strongly encouraged (but not required) to conduct a site visit to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ.
