VENDOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Water Meters and Advanced Metering Infrastructure The Town of Oxford, hereafter called ( Town or Oxford ), is soliciting this Request for Proposals ( RFP ) from qualified Vendors to be pre-selected for furnishing new electronic water meters with an Advanced Metering Infrastructure ( AMI ) system. Future work will include purchasing and installation of approximately 700 meters based on the pre-selected Vendor equipment, installation of antennas on two (2) existing Town water towers and integration of existing meter data with new web-based AMI system in accordance with specifications and requirements. The Town will be purchasing new billing software which will need to be compatible with the existing Town meters and equipment while the new meter system is installed. Incomplete proposals or those that do not address specific requirements or provide required information will be rejected. Proposals received after the due date will not be considered. Vendors accept all risks of late delivery of mailed submittals regardless of fault.
