Site work for a water / sewer project in Oxford, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the installation of Town-provided water meters and associated equipment, the installation of Town-provided tower-mounted antennas and relevant equipment, and the locating and test pitting of all water service lines. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals, and must perform all construction operations required to completely finish all of the work to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Engineer. For details regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States, with certain waivers applicable for De Minimis, Minor Components, and pig iron and direct reduced iron.
