Renovation of an office development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,742-square-foot office development.
Notice is hereby given that the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority (BAMA) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is accepting Bids on the following Work: LLWWTP ROOF REPLACEMENT: This Project is to replace the roof on a 1,742 square foot office building with pre-cast concrete structure and walls. The project consists of demolition and removal of the existing roofing system including insulation. Installing new insulation, coverboard, and roofing membrane system over the existing structure. Construction time will be 30 calendar days Funding for this project is provided through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program. As such, compliance with the Davis Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. The bid opening will be live-streamed and recorded. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by BAMA. BAMA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bid or lowest combined base and additive alternate bids, if any, which is most advantageous to BAMA. Applicable additive alternates, if any, will be determined at BAMA's discretion. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the BAMA Agenda for consideration.
