Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot, two-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The warehouse facility consists of an attached two (2) story office space and warehouse storage area, (an estimated 13,000 sq. ft.). it is expected the work will be performed during normal business hours. during this time frame normal warehouse operations would continue. strict communication between the contractor and warehouse personnel is required to ensure the safe movement throughout the warehouse and minimizing delays. for more specific directions please contact tim ramann, via email, for the requirements document. warrant that all labor and materials furnished, and work performed are in accordance with the contract documents and authorized modifications thereto and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of one years (1) from date of final completion. all questions should be emailed to john teeter by the question deadline. questions and/or inquiries past the contractor's written question due date deadline will not be accepted.
