The City of Portsmouth will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. The Work under this Project consists of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity of Utility Cut Restoration located throughout the city. Provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals and other ancillary items necessary for this annual, renewable, indefinite quantity services project in which the city may authorize work subject to available funding. Document Cost fee, plus shipping and handling, for delivered hard copies of documents posted, only, through electronically ; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded from electronically by members without subscriptions that include the City of Portsmouth in their subscription service territory. Contract Term The Contract shall cover the period beginning immediately upon signature of Agreement between the City and Contractor and will continue for one (1) year from the signing date. This Contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Renewals will occur for up to four (4) additional one-year periods upon written notice from the City. The Contractor will submit any prices increases in writing to the City no less than sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date. Any increase in rates shall require prior approval in writing from the City.
