Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
As of February 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Santee-Lynches is soliciting a contractor to furnish, install, and connect a permanent walk-in cooler at Kershaw County Council of Aging, and a permanent walk-in freezer at the Bishopville Senior Center. This is a CDBG-CV funded project and all applicable CDBG regulations and guidelines will be adhered to as outlined in the bid documents.
