Renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of replacement of the existing strip windows in the office spaces on floors 3 through 24 for both the A-Tower and C-Tower, and demo and reinstall of existing conditions as needed to facilitate the window replacement including but not limited to furniture, wall systems, and electrical as needed. The Owners estimated construction cost for the Work is $13,355,000.00 All the Contractors must comply with all COVID-19 rules and policies, adopted by the County Board, and implemented by County Administration, which apply to persons who enter County facilities occupied by County employees. The Contractor shall comply with all additional requirements established by the County related to the enforcement of the vaccination/testing rule. Contractor must abide by County's requirements for visiting County buildings, including wearing required face coverings when applicable. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/23/2022 12:00 PM Small Business Participation: 3% for Small Minority-Owned Businesses (SMBE) 2% for Small Women-Owned Businesses (SWBE) Workforce: 32% minority workforce 20% female workforce Workforce Entry Program: 9,484 total hours
