Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the University facilities. The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation of the structure of Tunnel #20 located on the downtown campus of McGill University as well as the increase in public utility services (medium voltage electrical distribution, heat distribution, chilled water distribution, sanitary and storm drainage, etc.) in this area of the campus. The project also includes a rainwater retention component. The project area is 6,000 to 8,000 m2. Project value is estimated to be as high as $17 million. TIMELINE: Project and award of professional consultants following the request for proposals C0003073/1664704 have been put on hold in 2022 for an indefinite period pending required approvals and funding. It is not determined whether and when the project will proceed. Project will be follower if/when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
