Delivery Point Berthoud Recreation Center/Town Hall Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:12/20/2022 The Town of Berthoud, Colorado will receive quotes for the Berthoud Recreation Center and Town Hall HVAC Maintenance. The work generally will consist of but not limited to: A preventative maintenance plan or program that provides a routine inspection and maintenance of HVAC units. Annual belt changes. Quarterly filter changes. Annual power washing of condenser coils. Service on seven VAV's. Service on all unit heaters. Replacement of limestone filter for two water heaters. On call maintenance should any units fail. Pricing will need to include an annual and bi-annual plan focusing on spring and fall startup as well as labor rates, service rates and an estimated response time to provide such service. If necessary or as appropriate, any questions received will be answered in full and sent to the current bidders list. A full list of equipment is listed in Exhibit A for the Recreation Center and Exhibit B for Town Hall.
