The project is generally described as: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the construction of the Montpelier Recreation Center and Library. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: all sitework and parking, exterior building envelope, all interior construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications cabling and AV system, security/access control systems, and all other Work indicated by the Contract Documents. The Work includes three additive alternates.
