Site work and paving for a civil project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work under this Project consists of the installation and replacement of approximately 1,350 LF of sanitary sewer and associated manholes, public lateral installation/updates, plumbing turnarounds, private lateral updates, backyard abandonment, associated paving and street rebuilding within the project limits. The proposed construction is along W. Little Creek Rd. (between Cortlandt Pl. and Major Ave.) and Cortlandt Pl. just south of W. Little Creek Rd. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor non-substantive informalities in the Bid, to reject any/or all Bids, to award any Bid in whole or in part and award the Bid considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner also reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder should Bid exceed available funds.
