Renovation of a water / sewer project in Random Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Installation of one new control building, one new fine screen, one new grit removal system, one new primary clarifier, three new activated sludge basins, one new final clarifier, one new belt filter press, two new blowers, one new generator, new pumps and motors, and all associated work at the existing WWTF. To determine the full scope of the Project, refer to the entire Contract Documents: 1. Site civil modifications including new asphaltic concrete and pavement markings, concrete slabs, curb and gutter, site grading modifications, erosion control measures and birm installation, chain link fencing and concrete stairs with handrail. 2. Site lighting and installation of facility electronic access and camera systems. 3. Installation of new manholes, endwalls and buried sewer piping systems. 4. Installation of a new Control Building (structure 100) and associated equipment, facilities and yard piping/electrical systems. 5. Modification of existing Service Building (structure 200) including the following: Removal of existing rotating biological contactor systems (RBC). Removal and replacement of backup power generator system. Modification of the existing service building to repurpose the space with new overhead door and structural, architectural, HVAC and electrical upgrades. Furnish and install new blowers, pumping, piping, HVAC and electrical upgrades. Modification of existing chlorine contact channels into ultraviolet light (UV) disinfection process. 6. Installation of a new primary clarifier (structure 300). 7. Installation of new aeration basins, (structure 400). 8. Installation of a new final clarifier (structure 500). 9. Electrical and HVAC upgrades in sludge storage building (structure 600). 10. Aerobic digester system upgrades (structure 700). 11. Replacement sludge dewatering and polymer addition systems in the existing sludge dewatering building (structure 800). Electrical lighting and HVAC improvements in the building.
