124587 Engineering Qualifications Public Utility District No. 1 of Thurston County Solicitation of Qualifications for Engineering Roster Pursuant to RCW 39.80.030(2) and RCW 39.80.040, Public Utility District No. 1 of Thurston County (Thurston PUD) is currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms with water system experience for inclusion on the District's Engineering Roster. Firms on the roster may be solicited to submit proposals for future public works projects which includes, but is not limited to, water treatment, mainline pipe replacement, and well upgrades. Interested firms should submit the following: \b A list of principals \b Descriptions of previous projects \b Number of employees \b Applicable state licenses and/or certifications \b Experience in preparing preliminary schematics, design drawings and related calculations for water system construction, the preparation of contract documents (including special provisions and engineering cost estimates), reviewing bid documents for compliance with design parameters, inspection of projects for compliance with design parameters, and assisting in evaluating and approving changes or improvements to design documents Submittals are limited to a maximum of 15 pages, including the transmittal letter.
