Signage and Wayfinding - North County Campus Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 12/16/2022, 2 PM The scope of what Kent County is in need of for this project, and the basis for this RFP is to source a vendor/contractor who will be able to work in conjunction with the Kent County Facilities Management Department staff and the various constituent groups to design, provide, and install the appropriate type, size, and quantity of signage needed for, but not limited to, the following: Interior Signs o Building directory/directional signage in Lobby (departments, destinations, facilities) o Building Support (i.e. Custodial, Mechanical Room, IT Closet, etc.) o Area ID (i.e. Circulation, Information, Registration) o Room ID sign o Telephone and other services o Restriction signs (No smoking, No food or drink, No Cell phones, etc.) o Emergency door ID (to restrict exiting / alarm will sound) o Code, Regulatory and Universal Access Signing o Restroom ID o Accessible facility maps (showing room numbers, restrooms, etc.) Exterior Signs o Monument Sign (lit) at entrance off 17 Mile Rd o Directional wayfinding sign(s)
