**As of February 7, 2023 project was awarded to Midway Underground LLC , awarded amount is $2,552,467.36.**  Approximate major quantities of work: reconstruct 3,600 lf of roadway on valleyview, third, and southern including 6,000 cy unclassified excavation, storm drainage, 2,700 ton hma, 8,900 ton crushed surfacing, 6,575 lf curb and gutter, 1,950 sy sidewalk, 3,800 lf sewer pipe, 19 ea sanitary sewer manhole, and other related improvements. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the treasurer of the city of selah for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the city of selah in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a contract with the city for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the specifications, sealed and filed with the clerk on or before the day and hour above mentioned.
