The City will require that any contractor who submits a bid for this solicitation provide separate costs for each site (700 Main St and 901.5 Jernigan St) and a total (summation) of cost as outlined in the Bid Form included in this package. Any bid that does not include a separate cost proposal for each site may not be considered. It is the Citys intention to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the total cost of the project. This will include buildings, structures, foundations, paving (asphalt, concrete, aggregate), sidewalks, fencing, piping, masonry, steel, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other site improvements that are part of any building or parcel of land associated with this project in accordance with this bid and the special conditions therein.
