Site work and paving for a road / highway in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to re-align Main Street for the City of Perry as shown on the plans. Construction shall consist of re-aligning Main Street. All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to Georgia local Government Public Works construction law Ch. 91 Title 36. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. This project has been awarded to Griffin Grading & Concrete in the amount of $654,356.99.
