District wide Master Furnish & Install contract for DSA per-approved shade structures. All interested bidders / Contractors shall be fully responssible for registering their intent to bid via email sent to noted contacts and should insure they receive back a confirming email that they have been registered on the bidder list. RFI's shall be sent to the same email contacts prior to the deadline noted. Bidders / contractors that do not register, will not be documented on the bidder registration list, and will not then receive any key / critical RFI responses or any possible Bid Addendum documents, and any Bids received from said firms WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE. Site Access / Inspections are not considered necessary or of effective value for bid submittal, but may be requested via email. Access Times may be limited dependent upon Program use. No discussion of the various scopes or projects shall be entertained at these inspections, bidders must formally email RFI any questions This Project requires prequalification pursuant to AB 2031 of all general contractors and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors. If required, a Prequalification package may be obtained by downloading the necessary forms from Portal. A bid package will not be accepted from any bidder that is required to submit a completed questionnaire and supporting documents pursuant to AB 2031 but has not done so at least ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids or that has not been prequalified for at least five (5) business days prior to that date. RFI's shall be sent to the same email contacts NOT LATER THAN JANUARY 8, 2023
