The City of McFarland (hereinafter CITY) is soliciting proposals for a qualified consultant to prepare a local hazard mitigation plan update 2023. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which proposer best meets the CITYs needs for service. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process. Inquiry Deadline (no questions after this date) - December 21, 2022 Evaluation of Proposals - Scheduled to begin January 9, 2023 Final Selection - By January 17, 2023 City Council Recommendation -January 26, 2023 Notice to Proceed (Tentative) - February 1, 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
