Approximately $100k is budgeted for this project Tooele County is requesting proposals from qualified Transportation Consultants to update and prepare a County wide Transportation Master Plan (Plan). Scope of Work TASK: Existing conditions and issues identification. The consultant will identify information and compile base year data to describe existing conditions for the study area and develop forecasts based on projected conditions for short, mid, and long-term planning. The consultant should review, evaluate, and document all relevant information for the study including, but not limited to, the following. A preliminary list follows but this task is not limited to this list, it may be supplemented with other information. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
