Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Both bids were non-responsive. The advice from procurement was to reject all bids, cancel the project, and rebid. The work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as removing and replacing the front revolving door assemblies at the front entry of the Ada County Courthouse located at 200 W. Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Contractor is to provide all necessary materials and labor as detailed more specifically in the Scope of Work. Provide all necessary labor and materials to remove and replace revolving door assemblies with doors that have the similar function, size, lighting, and finish, including shatter resistant film and glass. Coordinate carpet replacement or floor finish, with installation to be provided by others. Questions Due Date: Dec 15th 2022, 4:00 PM MST
