Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Barbourville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work is entitled the "Winners Lane & Opportunity Dr, Phase 1 and Opportunity Dr. Phase 2". The project is off Corbin Bypass (HWY 3041) in Corbin, Knox County, Kentucky. Specifics consist of relocation of Buchanan Drive (Winners Lane), reconstruction of Opportunity Drive, storm sewer, catch basins, headwalls, culvert, curb & gutter unclassified excavation, sanitary sewer, and sanitary manholes the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on page FOP-7 of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. The Knox County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids for the Winners Land and Opportunity Drive Phase 1 and Opportunity Drive Phase 2 and all work associated with the relocation of Buchanan Drive (Winners Lane), reconstruction of Opportunity Drive, storm sewer, catch basins, headwalls, culvert, curb & gutter unclassified excavation, alternate bid for sanitary sewer, and sanitary manholes. The Knox County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and to select that bid which it determines to be in its best interest. The award for this bid will be made on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bid Bond (5%) must be approved with bid. Bidders are to submit their physical bid in a sealed envelope; the bidder shall clearly mark the sealed bid with the description listed above, and the bid opening date and time. The Knox County Fiscal Court is not responsible for premature opening of, or the failure to opens, a sealed bid not properly addressed or identified.
