Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for each Job Order is 25% percent. ALL REQUIRED TBE-14 / DBE-14 FORMS SHALL BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY PRIME AND SUBMITTED WITH EACH JOB ORDER.

Failure to submit this information may result as being not in compliance with agreed upon participation goals of this contract. A $1,000 bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award.
Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open toacceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
