ADA Curb Ramps, Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer Pump Station, Sewer and Water Construction, Directional Bore, Paving (Trail Paving), Directional Drilling The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, per the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The Base Bid work for the above contract includes a new 12-inch sanitary main along S Pine Street, from S.T.H. 36/11 (Burlington Bypass) to Liberty Drive, a new multi-use asphalt path along S Pine Street and Liberty Drive, and two lift station improvements. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include: 1,350 SY of clearing and grubbing, 1,200 tons of asphalt, 3,270 tons of base aggregate, 2,000 CY of excavation common, 250 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1,575 SF of concrete sidewalk, 2,700 LF of open cut PVC sanitary sewer main and laterals, 400 LF of sanitary sewer jack and bore, 825 LF of sanitary lateral directional drilling, 220 VF of sanitary manholes, 135 LF of PVC watermain laterals and hydrant leads, 550 LF of directional drilling for water service laterals, and 16,325 SY of landscape restoration. These improvements also include removal of existing concrete and asphalt, new manhole frames and covers, relocation of existing hydrant, new water valves, new corporation stop and curb boxes, existing well abandonment, dewatering, concrete curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, traffic control, and erosion control. Improvements will be made to the Springbrook and Bohner's Lake lift stations including new pumps, control panels, and generators. The Work will be substantially completed on or before June 30, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before July 31, 2023.
