Bid Bond 5% All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Village of Downers Grove Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The Village Council Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids/proposals, to Waive Technicalities and to Accept or Reject Any Item of Any Bid/proposal.
