The Independence Police Department is soliciting proposals for metal lockers The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities should any occur as may best benefit the City. The City Manager may require that no vendor may withdraw a proposal for a period of up to forty-five (45) days after the date and hour set, but that a proposal may be withdrawn up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to expiration of the deadline. Basis of Design: Tiffin Metal Products Infinity Locker System Infinity Locker Adder 24W x 27D x 72H: Quantity 30 each Wardrobe Bench Drawer Add 24W x 36D x 18H: Quantity 30 each Lockers must include the following internal components: 1. IKTSHELF24HAA Shelf with Hang Bar Quantity: 30 each 2. Electrical Modular Plug and Play with Blended Receptacle Quantity 30 each 3. IKTPOWERAA Power Strip Kit Quantity: 30 each Lockers must have a 24" bench with each unit Supplier must supply trim fill at six locations Similar product substitution accepted brand name is provided as a frame of reference for vendors. All similar products will be considered.
