In accordance with the Citys Business License Tax Ordinance (Municipal Code Chapter 5.02), Supplier shall be required, at his/her own expense, to have a valid and current City of Bakersfield Business Tax Certificate prior to commencing work and throughout the term of the contract. The City is considering a one-time agreement for the removal and disposal of the existing urinals and the installation of new urinals not to exceed $250,000 for the Mechanics Bank Arena, Theater, and Convention Center located at 1001 Truxtun Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93301. This agreement will involve the removal and disposal of 67 existing waterless urinals and 22 existing flush urinals. The existing urinals will be replaced with 89 new hybrid urinals.
