Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) electrical maintenance and repair work services for Caltrans-owned properties as described herein: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide routine maintenance and/or repair work as well as rehabilitation and major work. Contractor License Type Description C-10 Electrical Contractor Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current C-10 (Electrical Contractor) license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Bidder and its subcontractors must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 15. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E, Attachment 15. Refer to Section C, Bid Requirements and Information, Section 10, Contractors License, for submittal requirements. Failure of Bidder to sufficiently provide any or all the minimum qualifications, in the opinion of Caltrans, will result in the Bidders bid deemed non-responsive.
