The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214. Hot & Cold Mix: price per ton at plant site to be picked up by the parish as needed, for January 1 - June 30, 2023, for maintenance purposes only. 2. CRS-2 Asphalt Emulsion: for Pothole Patcher, delivered to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Anticipated quantities of 1,500, 2,500, and 5,500 gallons per month, for maintenance purposes only, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 3. SS1 Primer: to be delivered to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Anticipated quantities of 500, 1000, 1,500, 2,500, and 5,500 gallons per month for overlay purposes, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 4. Bottom Ash: economizer bottom ash and regular bottom ash, FOB pit, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 5. Gravel: #1, #2, #3, and oversized washed road gravel at plant site to be picked up or delivered to various locations in Vernon Parish, as needed for one (1) year, for maintenance and construction purposes, the Police Jury may purchase any type of material. Gravel must meet Louisiana Standard Specifications for roads and bridges, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Bidder must quote prices for Eastern and Western Regions of Vernon Parish. Low bidder must allow Police Jury to check sample of gravel before final acceptance of low bid to be certain gravel meets specifications as advertised. 6. Tank Car Culverts: 5, 6, 7, 8, & 10 diameter, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 7. Grader Blades: must quote per set on two (2) grades of blades. Delivery must be made within thirty (30) days to FOB, Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Police Jury must be allowed to purchase grader blades in 100 set lots. To be used for maintenance purposes, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 8. Bolts with Nuts for Grader Blades: 100 each: 5/8 x 2, 5/8 by 2 , by 2, and by 2 - No. 3 plow head bolts with 5/8 heavy duty hex nuts, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 100 each: x 2 bolts, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Delivery must be made within thirty (30) days to FOB, Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. 9. Galvanized Corrugated Metal Culverts: from 12 in diameter to 96. Bidders to quote prices on 10, 12, 14, and 16 gauge, round and arched, asphalt coated, aluminized type II and plain. Must meet LADOTD specifications, to be used for maintenance purposes only for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 10. Bridge Materials & Pilings (creosote): must meet LADOTD specifications, 16# Class B Pilings, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 11. Bridge Pilings - CCA Treated: 0.80 CCA Treatment, must meet LADOTD specifications, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 12. Oil, Filters, Batteries, Accessories, etc.: for January 1 - June 30, 2023; all items must be major brand or equivalent. 13. #8 Clean Limestone: to be used with Pothole Patcher for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Delivered price to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 and price if picked up at FOB plant. 14. #8 Clean Ryolite: to be used with Pothole Patcher for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Delivered price to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 and price if picked up at FOB plant. 15. Limestone Materials: for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Delivered price to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 and price if picked up at FOB plant. Must meet LADOTD specifications. 16. Ryolite Materials: for January 1 - June 30, 2023. Delivered price to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 and price if picked up at FOB plant. Must meet LADOTD specifications. 17. OPF42: Calcium Sulfate Hemi Hydrate material, delivered to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 or FOB your plant, for January 1 - June 30, 2023. 18. Reclaimed Asphalt: price per ton at plant site to be picked up by the parish as needed, for January 1 - June 30, 2023, for maintenance purposes only. 19. Crushed Concrete: price per ton at plant site to be picked up by the parish as needed, for January 1 - June 30, 2023, for maintenance purposes only. 20. Fuel: rack price plus price per gallon for January 1 - June 30, 2023, price inclusive of delivery to various locations within Vernon Parish. 21. Maintenance & Janitorial Supplies: for all Police Jury operations for January 1 - June 30, 2023.
