Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1General Construction Contract No. 2HVAC Construction Contract No. 3Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction ESTIMATED COST GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Evans Elementary- $3,332,000; East Lansdowne Elementary- $2,957,000 PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION Evans Elementary- $765,000; East Lansdowne Elementary- $712,000 MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION Evans Elementary- $2,052,000; East Lansdowne Elementary- $2,111,000 ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION Evans Elementary- $1,860,000; East Lansdowne Elementary- $1,149,000 The share link will be provided when payment is received. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier s good faith check payable to the Order of William Penn School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids, or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution. It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction.
