The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) is seeking a quote for "PAD-MOUNT DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER" under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 89503223QWA000475. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing and the applicable size standard is 750 Employees. The RFQ consists of Standard Form (SF) 1449, Contract Terms and Conditions, Solicitation Provisions, Attachments A - Specifications, Attachment B - Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Instructions, and Attachment C - Foreign National Data Card. The prices must be shown in the SF 1449 SCHEDULE and the offeror is advised to read the instructions to Offerors - Commerical Items and any Addendum for offer submission requirements. The Contractor is required to unload the equipment to the pad or to a specific location at the substation, as directed by the Government. Note: The Government reserves the right to retain (holdback) 10% of the dollar value of this CLIN until all the final drawings and data of Specifications Paragraph 7 entitled "Drawings And Data To Be Furnished By The Contractor," have been received.
