Project will repair/replace portions or all of approximately six alley approaches in the Oakland neighborhood. The project will include various combinations of concrete pavement, valley gutter, curb and gutter, and curb returns. Description of major units of work: Pavement Removal - 71 S.Y. 8 Non-Reinforced Concrete Pavement - 201 S.Y. Remove & Replace 6 Concrete Driveway - 529 S.F. Remove and Replace Curb and Gutter - 299 L.F. Remove and Replace 4 Concrete Sidewalk - 719 S.F. Contractor Construction Staking - 1 L.S. Traffic Control - 1 L.S. Bid Bond Required: Yes All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas.
