The description and related figures are for general reference and discussion only and do not modify the construction drawings or specifications. The construction drawings and specifications supersede any site or project descriptions contained in this report. The project entails the construction of approximately 105 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary, 251 lineal feet of 12-inch sanitary, 837 lineal feet of 15-inch sanitary, 2,144 lineal feet of 18-inch sanitary and 3,083 lineal feet of 24-inch sanitary. The alignment generally follows South New Florissant Road southwest from its intersection with Fountain Creek and continues down South New Florissant Road, with partial alignments extending down West St. Anthony Lane to the west of South New Florissant Road and south along a portion of Elm Drive and Duchesne Drive on the east side of South New Florissant Road. The alignment then continues south west between South New Florissant Road and West Duchesne Drive to I-270, east of South New Florissant Road and the I-270 Interchange. The alignment crosses under I-270 to Jean Drive and turns back west and terminates on the east side of South New Florissant Road. The general location of the improvement alignment is shown on Exhibit A, Location Map Contract consists of the construction of approximately 6,170 lineal feet of 8-inch to 24-inch in diameter sanitary sewers and appurtenances constructed Located north of Interstate 270 and west of Washington Street, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
