Furnished as required during calendar year 2023, and contracts may be renewed any number of times, with the agreement of the purchasing agency and the supplier/contractor. Bids will be evaluated based upon inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery and suitability for particular purpose. For any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of religion, race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability/handicap and low income in consideration for an award. Contracts will be let as part or whole to the lowest responsible bidder upon affidavit of non-collusion, which must be submitted with bids and upon failure to submit such affidavit, such bid will be rejected. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder except that Henry County Commissioners retains the right to reject any/all bids when it is in the best interest of the county. Material bids shall be itemized on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 95. No bid bond is required. Additional bid requirements are contained within the specifications.
