Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: New sidewalk will be added on the north side of Trier Road, from Hobson Road to Ree d Road. Along with the sidewalk, ADA ramps will be added at all intersections with new concrete drive approaches along the entire project. Stormwater pipe system will be updated and added throughout the project, to get the drainage that is needed all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST0330S as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has fai lea to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid
