Reference number : 1670633 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-03 University of Montréal is proceeding with a call for tenders in order to retain the services of a general contractor for the redevelopment work to be carried out in Pavilion 628 located at its Saint Hyacinthe Campus. Carrying out the necessary reorganization work for the installation of medical imaging equipment that the CHUV and the FMV wish to acquire. In more detail, the main interventions can be summarized as follows: - Carry out the necessary demolitions for the reorganization of the premises. - Provide an examination room for the installation of an Angiography system with C-arm (scanner) and related monitors and equipment currently on pre-order. The walls of this room will be protected by lead sheeting and there will be a lead screen on the ceiling. - Provide a control room with an observation window and desk for the main console. - Provide an air-conditioned room for the control equipment and coolers. This room will integrate high technology medical equipment produced by Canon Medical and Steris. The supply and installation of this equipment will be carried out by Canon Medical and Steris once the layout of the premises is fully completed and is not included in this contract with the exception of certain anchoring elements and other items specified in the plans and specifications of the professionals that will have to be integrated into the project during the work.
