Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk who is soliciting proposals and assuring that MBE and WBE firms are used, when possible, for the City of Punta Gorda Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements 2022. Bidders who obtain Solicitation Packages from other sources other than electronically must: 1) be a registered vendor at the above referenced website (registration is free); and 2) officially register receipt of the solicitation with the City's Procurement Division, at the website mentioned above, by viewing the Online Solicitation. This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addenda or other official communications.
