**As of January 23, 2024 , project was awarded to Sonny Electric, Inc. , awarded amount is $66,625.64 ** Project Location: 425 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090 Project Description: Interior lighting fixture "like kind" replacement at the Council Chambers space at Town Hall with wireless lighting controls. Project Start: 2/13/2023 Substantial Completion: 3/31/2023 Final Completion: 5/01/2023 All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by December 9, 2022, and sent by faxing to 609-883-2694 or by emailing cwoodward@fvhdpc.com, or common carrier to the Architect. All correspondence must include the Architect Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Architect is not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by December 9, 2022, and sent by faxing to 609-883-2694 or by emailing cwoodward@fvhdpc.com Liquidated Damages - $1,000.00 / Calendar day of delay.
