The City of Traverse City hereby solicits proposals from qualified firms to architectural and engineering services to provide a facility evaluation for the two TCFD fire stations The work will include but not be limited to the following tasks: 1. Review plans and conduct the necessary site visits to conduct an Environmental Assessment of the two TCFD fire stations 2. A hazardous materials (lead, asbestos, etc.) Investigation and Report 3. Cost Estimates for remediation of Hazardous Materials found The intent of the City is to have this work completed as soon as possible and within four months following the authorization to proceed which is anticipated at the January 16 City Commission Meeting. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
