Renovation of a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Network Build-Out From West Senior High to Long Lake and Westwoods Email questions to bids@tcaps.net. Questions are asked electronically. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid, which, in its opinion, is in the best interest of the school district. A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Provision of all work, permits and inspections, testing and start-up necessary for a complete and operational project. Bidder will describe the work to be performed in general detail 2. If necessary, remove existing equipment as detailed in the Contract Document 3. Asset tag and record details of all major items contained in this bid with an Owner-supplied tag in an Owner-supplied Excel document. 4. Provide necessary testing to assure the proper operation of all items contained in this bid 5. Test and review operation before and after installation. Make necessary adjustments to system components to assure normal operation of the entire system. All questions are due by December 12th, 2022 and all answers will be provided by December 16th, 2022.
